If you would like to log a return/exchange, please contact us via email or instagram. We will respond within 24 hours to assist you. For delivery purposes only, exchanges cost R120 to collect the old item and deliver the new one to your front door. Returns cost R60 for collection of the item, upon which a full refund of the product will be granted.

We use Pudo courier services for all of our shipping needs. The delivery fee is only R60 and is added at checkout. It will take an estimated 2-14 business days for your order to be delivered. The delivery company will send you updates during this process. If any shipping delays occur, we will notify you immediately and include a free gift with your order.
